▼ What is a pre-order and how does it work?
This is an order for goods that are still on their way to our warehouse. It is just as binding for us as a regular order. Once you send us your pre-order, it is placed in the queue with the others. We strictly maintain that each such pre-order is processed in the order in which it was received by our system. At the same time, the price of the goods is fixed at the moment of pre-ordering.
Payment and delivery of the pre-order
An estimated availability information is provided for each item for which we have enabled pre-ordering. If the availability date is marked as "sold out," your pre-order will be processed on the date that is or will be specified. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you either a payable invoice or a proforma invoice by email as soon as the goods are completed and ready to be shipped to you. It is then up to you how quickly you pay the invoice. The invoice is due within 5 days.
