Principle of fire suppression activation
The device operates on the principle of a controlled chemical reaction of solids, which produces a highly effective extinguishing aerosol. Activation occurs fully automatically and independently of an external power supply:
- Electrical activation: Via an external signal from a fire detector or control unit (current ≥400 mA).
- Thermal activation:Automatically upon reaching a critical ambient temperature (175 °C ±15 °C) via an integrated temperature-sensitive sensor/wire.
