Battery Box DIY 16S 280Ah including BMS stackable

Phase 1: Mechanical assembly (hardware)

1. Chassis preparation: Unscrew the top cover, remove the pressure bars, and check the position of plates A and B.
2. Insulation (critical point): Insert the epoxy plates exactly as shown in the diagram onto the bottom and sides. There must be no gaps. This separates the live cells from the metal box.
3. Inserting the cells: Stack 16 battery cells into the box.
• Caution: You must strictly adhere to the polarity (+/-) orientation according to the diagram so that they can be connected in series.
4. Installing the busbars:

• • Attach the copper busbars to the poles.
  • Check the polarity twice before tightening everything to avoid a short circuit

1. BMS activation:
   • Always connect B- and BAT+ to the BMS first, then connect the other cables as described.
   • Insert the ribbon cable from the cells into the BMS port.
   • Turn on the power switch.
   • Check that the display on the front of the box is lit.
   • Final closure: Secure the epoxy boards firmly, replace the top cover, and tighten the screws.

Phase 2: Settings in the app (Software)

 After launching, download to your phone (the QR code can be found on page 6) and set up:

1. Pairing: Search for the device in the app (it starts with "407..."). The pairing password is 1234
2. Setting authorization: To change the battery parameters, the app will ask for verification ("Verify PWD"). The password is 123456
3. Entering parameters: In the "Settings" section, set: all parameters for battery and BMS operation
