The red terminal connects to the plus battery, the black terminal to the minus battery. When the batteries are fully recharged, the charging is automatically terminated.
LED lights: LED = green > ready to charge or charging complete; red > charging.
If the battery polarity connection is reversed, the charger will be irreversibly damaged.
